Weddings

- Up to 60 guests£850
(Based on 6 round guest tables plus a top table)

- Up to 80 guests£1,050
(Based on 8 round guest tables plus a top table)

- Up to 100 guests£1,250
(Based on 10 round guest tables plus a top table)

  • These prices are provided as a guide and can be adjusted to suit different guest numbers.
  • Pricing is based on round tables seating up to 10 guests, plus either a long or round top table.
  • Please note that prices for trestle tables may increase, as these typically require additional tables and extra décor, including flowers and styling elements.
  • If your guest numbers differ, your package and price will simply be adjusted to reflect your requirements.
  • Travel charges will be added to the final package price.

What You Get

Entrance Display & Welcome Sign

A stunning entrance display that sets the scene and gives your guests a sneak peek of what’s to come. This includes your choice of welcome sign, a beautiful easel or stand and full styling of the area using a curated selection of gorgeous props and decorative details to co-ordinate with your décor.

Top Table Styling

The top table is often overlooked — but it’s where all eyes will be! It will be styled to complement the rest of your décor and mirror your centrepieces for a fully coordinated look.

Please note the top table styling does not include a full floral centre arrangement — this can be provided by your florist or I can happily provide a faux floral arrangement at an optional upgrade.

Chair Dressing for ceremony and wedding breakfast

Whatever style of chairs your venue has, we’ve got it covered.

  • From wooden Chiavari, Cheltenham and cross-back chairs, choose elegant draping tied with ribbon or lace. A single drape can be styled in a number of different ways, giving you flexibility in both look and colour to suit your scheme.
  • For traditional banqueting chairs, this includes a chair cover and your choice of sash from a wide range of colours.
  • You can also add flowers and foliage, bows and brooches or fresh greenery if you’re using a florist.

Table Runners

Table runners are a great way to add a splash of colour and texture to your guest tables.

These are available in a variety of materials and colours to suit your theme.

Table Centerpieces

All centrepieces are included in the package.

  • there is a wide range of bespoke designs to choose from, each one is tailored to your style and theme.
  • As standard, centrepieces include ivory candles (with the option to upgrade to coloured candles), tea lights, foliage, and high-quality faux flowers. Fresh flowers can be added as an optional upgrade, along with all vessels, bases, props and styling details.

 

Please note: I’m not a professional florist. I create simple, free-form arrangements using lanterns, bottles and bud vases. If you’re looking for full floral centrepieces or specific flower varieties, a florist will be required — and I’m more than happy to style around any florist arrangements you choose

Gift Table Styling

Choose from a range of post boxes, baskets or crates to suit any theme, from elegant to vintage or rustic. Your gift table will be styled to complement the rest of your décor, giving your guest book and gifts a beautiful place to be viewed.

Cake Table Styling

Some venues provide beautiful cake tables, while others offer simple cloth-covered tables. Whatever the style, your cake table will be dressed with thoughtful finishing touches to complement your décor and give it the attention it deserves.

Table numbers & stands

A lovely range of table numbers are included. For a more personalised touch bespoke acrylic table numbers can also be provided.
I also offer a selection of stands for place cards, allowing your own name cards to be beautifully displayed.

Candles

Lanterns and vases are provided with a choice of real candles or high-quality warm flicker LED candles. Many venues do not allow real flames so this is worth checking in advance.

Lanterns and cylinder vases can be used throughout your venue — to line the aisle, decorate staircases or light up darker areas (LED candles are only used in these areas).

Personalised Table Plan Display (Upgrade)

Show your guests where they’ll be sitting in style. This includes the area being styled using coordinated props and decorative details.
As this is personalised to each couple, this upgrade is available at an additional cost.
